First, congrats on embracing your body and taking steps towards taking care of and loving it. Secondly, I look forward to following your journey. I am on a similar journey of my own in which I began a vegetarian diet on January 3rd. I am down 8 lbs so far. By the end of March I would like to knock off 10-15 more. Right now I am just trying to work out every other day and strength train 3 days a week.
